Sometimes these messages are from a victim, but they more often are just
sailed out there as "flame bait" to see who gets upset.

Failure to respond on list takes all the fun out of it. Responding off-list
can sometimes provide help when someone really does have an "evil little
brother/sister" causing problems.

The wording of this one had all the earmarks of someone trying to get the
members of the list fussed up. It's pleasing to see that it totally failed
to work (where's Adrian when we need him ;-)). Nice reactions, folks.
