Oryzias sp. killies?

Hello all.  Are Oryzias sp. (rice fish, various other common names) a type 
of killifish, I have seen this confirmed in TFH's mini aquarium atlas, and I 
think I saw something slightly contradictory to it in Hellner's book, 
appropriately called Killifish.  Forgot where else I saw that info, but in 
any case, are they or not?  And where can I find pics of them and maybe some 
specimens?  Thanks in advance.
