 Native Fish Conservancy Mailing Lists (NFC at actwin_com) Administrator.
 The main list is available in digest form (NFC-Digest at actwin_com).
 We now have a number of sublists, including Predators, Benthic, 
 Cyprinids, Sunfish, NFCBreeders, NoExotic, and Fish Wish List (FWL).
 To subscribe to any list, send mail to Majordomo at actwin_com with the
 command "subscribe <listname> in the body.  To unsubscribe, send mail 
 to Majordomo at actwin_com with the command "unsubscribe <listname>"  in 
 the body (e.g., subscribe nfc, subscribe fwl).  Feel free to ask for

Hello Native Fish Fans,

Due to increased demand we at the Native fish Conservancy have added
several new email lists for the discussion of Native Fish. These
additional lists are for folks interested in a specific topic . These
sublists have a lower volume with a tighter focus. So if you have a
specific interest and time limitations there is a list for you.

To subscribe to any NFC list, send mail to Majordomo at actwin_com with the
command "subscribe XYZ"  in the body.  For example to join the NFC list
subscribe/unsubscribe, send an email to Majordomo at actwin_com with the
command
"subscribe nfc or unsubscribe" in the body.  Feel free to
ask for help!

benthic at actwin_com - A list to discuss bottom feeders (catfish , madtoms
and the like) and all their weirdness              


cyprinids at actwin_com A list for discussion of the shiner/ minnow
families.

               
fwl at actwin_com -This is the Fish wish list. It is only for negotiating,
sales and trades of temperate fishes.
                   
nfc at actwin_com- This is our  main list with general discussions of native
fish , aquarium keeping and conservation issues . Hook and Line questions
are however off topic.

nfc-digest at actwin_com   A digest form of the main list          

nfcbreeders at actwin_com  A list for discussion of breeding of NA
temperate fishes. Appropriate topics are Aquarium rearing, Pond Rearing
and Hatchery rearing and any breeding techniques.
           
noexotic at actwin_com- The discussion list for people interested in and
involved in the NFC's exotic removal program. Collection sights, species 
taken and collecting techniques are all on topic. Aquarium keeping tips
of these wild caught Cichlids and the like is off topic.
               
predators at actwin_com- This list is for discussion of the Large predators
like Bass , Pike , Musky etc. Conservation, field topics and hook and
line questions are all on topic.
               
sunfish at actwin_com- This list is for the discussion of the sunfishes and
Pygmy sunfishes. Aquarium keeping, pond rearing, field observations and
hook and line questions are all on topic. Please keep Bass topics on the
Predator list                


NFCponds at listbot_com- This list is just getting started and is for the
folks interested in keeping Temperate NA fish in their garden ponds. To

Conservationkids at listbot_com- A list for Youth and Youth leaders
interested in and involved in Youth Aquatic Conservation Projects.
