I get these tubs of stuff called "Aqua-Yums" or some such.  A tub 
has several different foods in it, but mainly bloodworms, brine 
shrimp, and spirulina mixed with brine shrimp.  I enhance the diet 
with FD tubifex, shrimp pellets, and Hikari.
