[Killietalk] IBC Electronic Memberships

Hey Gang,
I'm following up on Ron's request for the IBC numbers.  The IBC offers an electronic membership for $20 - I think that's the best deal of any national/international club, but I may be biased.  Approximately 65% of our members are electronic members, which is a 15% increase over last year.  One of the big differences in the IBC is that electronic members can download a color copy of FLARE!, the official IBC magazine while print members receive a black/white copy.
