David,
Dissolve one pound of hypo (sodium thiosulfate crystals) to one

teaspoon per 75 gallons.

Hello

Does anyone have a good recipe/link for using sodium thiosulfate
crystals to
make a liquid dechlorinator?

Best fishes

I can tell you what I do and, fortunately, using this method I have lost
very few fry. I fill two Rubbermaid 20 gallon containers with water
from my
tap and mix in some black water extract. I age this water for at
least three

days before using. I hatch the fry using the water from these
containers.
After feeding starts, usually the first day, I change about 90% of their
water every evening before the fish room lights go out. I simply
pour the
container holding the fry into a separate container. I try to avoid
pouring
any fry into the "waste" container but if I do it is easy to pull
them out
with a turkey baster. Once the fry are concentrated into a corner
with very
little of the old water, I make sure there are no fry stuck to the
bottom of

their container than I wipe the bottom with a paper towel. Then I slowly
pour in new water taken from the 20 gallon containers until it is
adequate
for the fry. This is done daily and I seldom lose any fry.

It is important not to overfeed fry. You can check the container
after they
have been fed, say in about an hour, and if the fry are full and
there is
still a large number of brine shrimp swimming in the container, it is
best
to chance the water before the uneaten shrimp die. Changing water
every day
usually prevents fry death from pollution.
