Re: [Killietalk] Garage Fish "room"
Hi Tom, That's exactly what you need. The whole house fan comes with a
thermostat and I always had mine set to go on at 85F but I don't remember
when it shut off ( the differential). That was on Long Island, NY, when
my fishroom had 150 ten gallon tanks and was an insulated room on a slab
and between 2 lean- to greenhouses. Now I have a 300 ten gallon fishroom
on a slab with an identical fan but with a humidistat wire in parallel
with the thermostat. The fan kicks on when either the temp. hits 85F or
the relative humidity goes over 85%. More or less when conditions exceed
South Vietnam.
Sincerely,
