than the room rates for the last 3 or 4 conventions. So it becomes
attractive for us to go to a regional show than the "Big One"."
Not correct again,

The room rate for the 2007 AKA Convention in Milwaukee has just been  
reduced to $59 + tax  because they will not be finished with their  
remodeling.  Those who already reserved will be adjusted.  Can't beat  
that price.
