Yes, and akamkpa was listed as a derivative of
Aphyosemion scheeli in Wildekamp, Volume 1.
Aphyosemion scheeli akamkpaense -- Akamkpa

Note the unpronounceable spelling. Also note that the
genus and species names are a continuing changeable item.
