You should try contacting the West Coast Club. They are always importing Moema Quiii from Peru. I remember buying some Quiii at their show a year back. You should ask around people from the club like Barry Cooper or Brian Perkins himself.

  More likely it's someone who doesn't know that the state runs a hatchery by
the same name. Most people don't know all of the state hatcheries here in
WI, I doubt it's any different in other parts of the country.
