[Killietalk] Looking to get back into the hobby

Hi Guys..
Well its been some time maybe a couple of years since I stopped breeding killifish due to the fact that I couldnt keep fish or any other kind of animal on my apartment. Now that I moved to a new place there are no restrictions.. so I might as well get on it again.

I am looking for people that might have some SAA available to get me started once again...I always had a deep love for annuals since they are the best killies out there..! I had my experiences with Cynolebias and Moemas so if you think I cant handle the species you have available you are wrong. Huge Megalebias as well. I would love to get my hands on them again. Anyways please email me off list if you have them.

  Best Regards,
  Diego

I've just joined the list today and I have some questions, are there any
killiefish that are suitable for being kept in small nano tanks? I have
a small eight gallon tank that I was going to setup at work as a planted
tank and I was wanting something unusual to keep in it. I mainly keep
SA Apistos at home and our local water ph here in Vancouver is about 6.5
so I was thinking that would make SA Killies a strong candidate as they
are more likely to find our tap water suitable than the African killies
which (I think) prefer more alkaline water?

Also for SA killies would the staple dither (cardinals, neons),
scavenger (corys) and algae control fish (ottos & Bristlenose) be
suitable for a biotope style tank?

Cheers,

Daniel
