I don't know the brand name but I use a little space heater from Lowe's in a
14' x 12' room in my barn to keep the pipes from freezing. It keeps it around
60 - 65 degrees in the winter. A smaller room over a garage should stay even
warmer. Cost around $20.00 if my memory is correct (questionable these
