Their flyer also mentions that Lee Harper will be speaking on collecting South American annuals. Even though there are differences in keeping annuals and Aphyosemion, you will get a chance to hear one of the more innovative and experienced killikeepers in the hobby. He has contributed to the hobby in lots of ways.

Also, you get a chance to talk killies not only with Lee. but a great bunch of other killinuts. And then there is the auction. Naturally I don't have their flyer handy, but check with Doug and see if they have a Saturday box sale. You get a chance to buy from the breeder and, if you give him or her a chance, you can "pick their brain" as to how those specific killies were raised.

If you can attend, get a couple of ten gallon planted set-ups or a few 2.5 gallon breeding set-ups (with seasoned water, seasoned sponge filter and acrylic spawning mop) ready to go. You never know what might be available at a killie show.
