A.austreal eggs Different ways of incubating and hatching them?

Hi, i have some A.austreal eggs i've been getting some eggs every couple of 
days but i was wondering what is the best why to incubate them? I've been 
just putting them on some damp filterfloss and leaving them for 3 weeks. Is 
there an easyer way or better ways, can i put all the eggs that i collect 
randomly throw the week in some water? And just seperate the big ones from 
the small ones? Or is this a bad or unefective method?
I would love to hear any of your suggestions.
