You have some choices, all of which will work. You can just save the 
collected peat in a plastic bag, after squeezing much of the water out. Or 
you can pick out the eggs and put them on the surface of damp peat in a Petri 
dish. In either case the eggs need to incubate for about 3-6 months depending 
on the species and temperature. When you can see little golden rings around 
their eyes, they are ready to hatch by immersion in clean, dechlorinated 
water. If you can't find the eggs after 3 months, just wet them anyway if 
that is the right time, according the species. I suggest you purchase
