Re: Hoosier Hospitality
Just cmae up from picking eggs and had a bite.
thos Sjo from Canada are going to run and hide when Morris George turns some
of his gold gar. loose in a lake near them, I hope he is careful and does
not let any loose into the great lakes for they will eat all of the lake
trout and salmom. I bought two pairs from him on Saturday and collected 73
eggs fro them on Sunday.
Dr. Harrisons Alpha have laid a dozen on the mops and the tank he put the
powder in to kill the Hydra in is now hydra free and the fish are still
swimming so I would guess it works. The Pumilus that Karl Doreing sold me
are doing grean and laid 10 eggs so far. The cynostyctum are doing great and
have laid 6 eggs so Duane Wakes fish are doing fine here.
The fish all seem to love the confused beatles that Jim Grahm brought
dow and donated to the live foods table along with a shoe box full of
Grindal Worms.
For those of you who were not there you missed a great new program by
the world famos Charlie Grimes.
I think Trevor in Saint Louis has the worlds largest Australes I bought
a pair from him that were bigger than the dwarf red gularis that someone
else was selling.
The chili by the hundleys was great.
Thanks to everyone that came I enjpyed seeing you and hope to see more
of you next yeart.
The last convention was in Saint Louis I picked up a pair of Bill Dyers
Dwarf Red Gularis and brought them home and some how the box got put away on
October 15 I needed to use the box and I opened it and there was a very
skinny thin pair of dwarf reds in it still alive. I put them on the system
and started giving them all of the foods they could eat, I was sure that I
would never keep them alive let alone get eggs from them today I checked the
mop and found ten eggs.
