Joe,
    The extra mailing costs are built in to the foreign membership fee. So, 
when you enter into an exchange, you pay $48 rather than $26 for a domestic 
membership. Works out better than trying to send a check for a membership and 
the attendant bank costs. Plus, you develop another killifish friend.
