I want to join the AKA, but I spent my last 100 on some fish, lol. And I don't want to waste money on a one year membership, I am sure that I will be keeping Killies for the rest of my life, as long as I don't go insane, and I will want to be a member for that long also. Also, I have heard that Blue Gularises get pretty big, they won't eat neons?

Join the AKA and you will get good quality fish for a lot less than 
$60/pr. $10/pr is more like it.

P.S. let the neons grow a bit before you put them with the panchax. 
I've kept them with neons, cherry barbs, checkerred barbs and other 
small fish before.
