I'll make an assumption that the containers you use are not the clear
types, which is more like a fish-trap and those that get in can't get
out.
My tubs are covered but alot of media (Jiffy peat pellets) is still
scattered out and have considered Spaghnum (sp?) moss... not sure though
if it'll decay in water or whether it's suitable for egg incubation.
Anyone tried this before?
Thanks Tony for the coconut tip. I'll source for some from the nursery
but it has to be boiled it to cut the buoyancy... yes?

I've long forgotten the size of a half-dollar but my covers' holes are
traced from the base of a 35mm film canister. Is this too big (or
small) for 3cm S. magnificus and what's an appropriate media depth for
these divers? My ice-cream tubs are filled with about 2inches of peat
and weighted down with small coral chunks.
