DKG Web Access

Tuesday (4/30) I went to the DKG website and received an error message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /dkg/english.htm on this server.

Apache/1.3.19 Server at www.exotics.net Port 80

That occurred on two different computers using different servers.  Up until
Monday, I have had not problems accessing the German club's website.  Is
anyone else experiencing this?  Any idea when this will be resolved?
