Hi All:

The reason for the offer in of KCC documentation in .pdf format is solely to
maintain the format and structure of the document. The KCC manual includes
some diagrams and lists which may not work well in text. Having said that,
if anyone is interested in the KCC Manual, I will certainly send it in any
format that the recipient wants.
