green water

what's the best, easiest way to create safe green
water for small fry?
I dont have any microworm culture or vinegar eel but
somebody gave me a pair of striatum and poliaki to
start off and now I have frys. Are they big enough for
bbs? that's all the fry food I have. I also have a
bottle of Liquifry for egglayers.
I'm not used to these small frys. I only have a pair
of fp. gar. akure and blue gularis and their frys, in
my observations seems good enough once they hatch for
bbs.
