Not Sure if it matters, but I use locally grown organic oats that I get at a
local nutrition center. Number one reason I get the organic, is that it is
cheaper then the Quaker and they have 3 different types: Quick, Regular, and
Thick. I use the quick for my worms and making bread, regular for cookies
and the thick rolled for breakfast. MMM Good.
