I just picked up a new culture of Micro worms (Thank you Chris)  but when 
i've had them before I tried a couple of different things.  Yellow corn meal 
works okay, and as others have indicated, add water to wet, but not too wet.  
But one of the best things that I've found was instant mashed potatoes.  Same 
procedure as everyone else is recommending.
