My response:
The FB600 has a difuser plate at the base of the unit to address the very
problem you speak of. It has completely taken care of the inconsistent
fluidization problem. That is a fact based on my own observations and
experience.
Many of the larger fish farms in this area use very large towers of
fluidized media with great success, even with Koi.
