Hi Eric, When CO2 is stored in tanks, it's in the form of gas over liquid and at 20C exerts a pressure of 830psi. At 830psi, the gas turns to liquid and fills the tank, so sounds like your tank is working well. I use an O2 regulator, also, and have nothing but pearling plants. Jamie <"\\\><
