CO2 tank

Hello,
I jist rented 6 pounds CO2 tank(they call it ER tank)
from one of the medical gas componies. The tank looks
very strange because there is no output where I can
attach CO2 system.I was wondering if I need any
additional part for this tank to be able to attach CO2
system.
