Zebra Mussels
It seems to me that throughout out history there have been several
epidemic invasions of certain species. None seem to have been long
lived. All were eventually contained, controlled, or just died off,
One of these was our cuddly little friend the rabbit. They were
overwhelming in the early to middle part of this century, but now I
don't think that there are too many. Things have a way of working them
selves out. Being a believer of Intelligent design, It would seem that
the world was made to take care of its self. I guess that is why it is
called an Ecosystem. Ecology tends to work everything out in time.
Give it twenty years and see what happens. Chances are there will be no
terrible infestation of zebra mussels.
