I have a question.  The general rule is 2-4 watts per gal, but which watts?
 I have seen CF lamps that state, 27 watts = to 150 watts.  So which do you
follow and why?

I went to see a MHD light today and the amount of light that a 70 watt unit
puts out is very impressive.  Seems alot more then 2 x 40 watt tubes, so
which would be better?  Also the color temp of these units I saw are 5200K.
 Is this bright enough for high light plants?
