In the UK you should be able to get 6500K 55W PCs from a Sylvania/Osram
dealer. You can figure out the part numbers from their web site.

I think you can also get a ballast that'll run 3 lights from Sylvania but
it's a little harder to figure out from the web site.

Philips and GE also make the 22" PCs but they call them 50W. You may have
trouble finding any higher than about 4100K too. Over here Sylvania
apparently sells the higher color temperatures (5x00K and 6x00K) only to
Perfecto Mfg for their SHOlights.
