Emiloi asked about a way to remove small scratches. There are buffing
compounds which can be purchased, which are basically a 1200 grit powder.
You can mix it with sewing machine oil, or WD40, and rub out the scratches.
I don't know where to get it. The last time I had it, someone from work gave
it to me. He'd gotten it from a previous employer who used it. Don't get
the oil on the inside of the tank. It is only good for outside. Call the
glass shops and see if they can hook you up.
