Willow moss and black brush algae

I've had a 15 gallon tank full of willow moss which is covered
with BBA. I tried copper up to 1.3 ppm -unsuccessfully.
Interestingly, the Schluerti swords remain free of the BBA.
I cannot recollect BBA ever attaching to any live swordplant.
Has anyone else noticed this?

The willow moss has been growing very fast in spite of its fur
coat. I not sure how well the moss would take to the bleach
treatment. Suggestions?
