Since writing this this morning, I noticed that we have an Air Liquide
dealer here. It turns out that they will sell me a 5lb CO2 cylinder (which
they fill by just replacing and sending the empties out of town). $129.00 or
so for the bottle and $21.00 for the fill. I should be all set up real soon
now.
