My Cabomba Caroliniana is flowering, but the flowers are opening about two inches below the surface. According to "Aquarium Plants" by Rataj and Horeman, the flowers are supposed to be emersed with one or two floating leaves supporting the flower. Any thoughts on why the flowers are blooming submersed other than the fact that the stalks are too short.;) Roger Gordon San Diego, California
