Careful.  While you can detirmine conductivity, it involves very specific
requiremnets for your electrodes.  And then it will only allow you to
detirmine the number of conductive particles (compounds with ionic bonds that
are dissolved).  It doesn't measure none-ionic compounds, and it doesn't tell
you the total weight per volume of those dissolved ions it measures, nor which
ones they are.  It may not be worth the effort.
