I tried this. *once*. After a couple of years it disintegrated and was
brittle a all get out, had lots of pits in it and crumbled aluminum dust.

It was on top of a glass cover; if that junk had got into the tank it
would have been bye-bye time for the inhabitants.

They're a really warm warm white. Heavy on the read. They're ok.

Can't remember for sure, but I *think* so. But if they do exist
they'll need to be special ordered, they're by no means common.
