Koi and plants

Koi don't belong in tanks. They are big fish that deserve a pond. Plants
in with Koi are Koi food. Koi are strongly herbivorous fish. Even pond
keepers who keep Koi usually keep their main plantings isolated from the
Koi, and feed their trimmings to the Koi.
