redid substrate

I vaccummed out all the gravel from my 30 gallon tank and replaced it with
Fluorite.  (I put a small layer of Terralit on the very bottom).  The tank
has 6 Dwarf gouramis, 1 Oto, 1 apistogramma + 4 of her little kids.  There
is a very mature sponge filter in the tank.  I also replanted.

(That was a job and a half!)

Should I anticipate ammonia problems after having removed a huge bacterial
base? pH is 6.6.
Are there too many fish in there right now given the situation?
