Self-sustaining system

Actually, no.  I was in the library at Bodega Head Marine Research Station
(a very nice library) and stumbled across:

 Adey and Loveland, Dynamic Aquaria  pp606-612

which talks about closed system tanks as small as 70 gallons (which was a
West African stream tank) and lists ALL phyla represented.  If someone can
find this book and make a copy of the relevant pages for me I would sure
appreciate it.
