bulb selection for 66 gal

I can help you with three things:

Power glo's operate at ABOUT 8500-9000k, a little high for a planted 
tank

Chroma 50 and Chroma 75 make a great pairing, maybe 3 50's and 1 75

I bought a 18 inch t-8 NEC rated to 6500 k and its baloney.  The color 
seems more like 5000, which is OK, but the rating is not right.  I wish 
someone with some equipment could verify, but be wary of NEC.
