Jennifer asked if there were any exhibits or stores worth a visit in San Diego. Two years ago I visited the public aquarium at Scripps Marine Institute and was pretty impressed. It's small, but focusses on habitats found off of California, with a few exceptions (like those really cool Sargasso Sea seahorses). Very high quality stuff. Roxanne Bittman
