Greetings!  In general, how much circulation is good for keeping
plants?  Also, in using a powerhead as a sponge filter, is it best to
use air bubbles or not?  I have a 100-gal. planted tank which uses a
Penguin 330 power filter.  It didn't seem to be keeping up with the
tank, so I got a couple power heads with sponges to help.  One of the
power heads is hooked up to my DIY Co2, but the other one can go either
way.
