PMDD???

I am looking to make up another batch of PMDD.  Unfortunitly, I lost the
directions to make it up.  Here are the ingrediants that I have.  Also, I am
not look to make up a ton of the stuff, I have a 55 gal. tank, so if you could
recommend how much of each ingediant to use and the dosage to use in the tank.

Compound 111  (Guaranteed Analysis....Mg .74%, B .232%, Cu .1136%, Fe 1.5%, Mn
.74%, Mo .0242%, Zn .075%)

Iron Chelate (Fe 10%)

Pot. Nitrate

Pot. Sulfate
