Jeremy Dwain Gilliam wrote that he had trouble with slimy white growth from
DIY C02. I have had severe problems in the past of that nature and have had
no further troubles when I mix up a batch the night before I intend to hook
it up. Do not swirl it around, even slightly, while hooked up. Also don't
use any more than 1/2 tsp. of yeast or it bubbles too vigorously and yeast
is injected into the water.
