Well, I'm setting up my tank this coming weekend, and checked out Tetra Initialsticks as substrate fertilizer, since Dupla's laterite isn't available in Norway -> 

200$ for the required amount..... !
No way.


I need a cheaper alternative, is the type of clay artists use (ceramic clay) usable as a laterite substitute?

Any experiences, anyone ??
