Cloudey water

Hi all,
I am relatively new with DIY CO2 and I am faced with the following problem and
would appreciate any advise.
The bubbles from the home-made reactor (Coke bottle) was gettting less
frequent so I shook the bottle and a large amount of CO2 bubbled out clouding
my water. Since it was also time for a water change I removed and replaced
some water. This should help; is there anything else I should be doing? Is
there any problems I should be watching out for?
