Hi  Can anyone advise me regarding U.V Lights.  I have a discus tank which
has a Rena 30 watt.  It holds 250 litres of water and comes on with the tank
lights, about 12 hours a day.  Will it be detrimental to the plants.

Also I was sold a plant the other day which the man said was a red african
lily.  Unfortunately he only knew the common name.  Does anyone know how to
care for it and if it is a good plant?
