Well it happened and it was compeltely my fault.  I quarntined my fish for
2 weeks and added them to the tank tonight.  Unfortunately I looked at the
fish in dim light and said "Looks great in  you go".  Well in the main
tank a closer examination revealed ich.

Sooo what is a good ich medication that will not cut down too much on
light levels and will not hurt plants.

In the past I have used Paragon II, but it makes the tank quite yellow.

Guess I should not be so smug about not having any fish problems in recent
years.
