Water for angelfish

The short answer is NOTHING. Your angel fish will do very well down to
about pH5.5, so don't worry about them. The plants are more of a concern,
few of them like pH below 6.3 or so. Try any of the great plant references
that AGA Bookstore offers to see the pH ranges for various plants. The
Bookstore advertises in TAG every issue, so any back issue will do.
And wonder of wonders, the Bookstore will be carrying the Tropica Catalog
for $15, just like the other books. You will need to allow 8-12 weeks for
delivery as they have just left Denmark on the slow boat, but this
magnificent volume gives a new meaning to the word catalog.
