Wood Chip Substrate
Just a quick question:
Ive read/heard that leaves are often used in soft water tanks to soften
the water, simulate natural environment.
How about those wood-bark chips that are used in flower beds?
Would they help to soften the water as well? I think that they would
look much better, and possibly would not deteriorate as quickly as
leaves would, thus polluting the water.
Any comments?
